- I consent to undergoing medical consultation via digital/telemedicine platforms with Dr. K. Nikhil Joshua.
- I understand that while telemedicine is highly effective, it has limitations compared to an in-person physical examination.
- I consent to the clinic storing my medical records, prescriptions, and session history in a secure digital format.
- I understand that I am receiving Homeopathic treatment, and I have disclosed any concurrent allopathic treatments or medications I am currently taking.
- I acknowledge that the clinic may contact me via WhatsApp, SMS, or Phone regarding my health records and appointments.
