• To securely authenticate your identity via SMS OTP when accessing the Patient Portal.

Your data is stored securely using enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase). We employ strict security rules ensuring that your digital medical records can only be accessed by your verified phone number and the clinic's authorized medical staff. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or medical data with third-party marketers or advertisers.

4. Telemedicine & Digital Prescriptions

Consultations conducted via online triage or our digital booking system comply with Indian Telemedicine Guidelines. Prescriptions generated and stored within your Patient Portal are valid digital records. By utilizing our online services, you consent to the digital transmission and storage of your health information.

5. Your Patient Rights

You have the right to request a review of your medical records. For clinical safety and integrity, core identifiers (like your registered mobile number) cannot be changed directly through the online portal. To request rectifications or data deletion, please contact the clinic directly in person or via our official communication channels.
